September is just around the corner, and we have reached the 38th flavour in our fruit purée range.

As always, September, October and the autumn season call for cream-based desserts and winter fruits. For this reason, the finest Italian chestnut simply had to become part of our purée catalogue.

After three years of producing our Made in Mazzoni purées in Tresigallo, we now present our 38th flavour, crafted from the best peeled Italian chestnuts and processed into a frozen purée, packed in 1 kg trays for all professional pastry applications.
