For the first time, Mazzoni Frozen has entered the Korean market with its new Made in Italy products, particularly the more than 35 fruit purées produced at the Tresigallo (Ferrara) plant.
During the four-day trade fair dedicated to the Food and Ho.Re.Ca distribution sectors, over 30 importers, distributors and local industries visited our stand. The market for processed fruit has long been dominated by several French players, so there was strong curiosity and interest in a Made in Italy product from a company with more than 50 years of agricultural history and expertise.
The foundations have been laid especially for distribution within the industrial pastry sector, and we are now preparing to take part in Food Week Korea from 25 to 28 October 2017.
Our team is currently working on the presentation of the new packaging, the 2018 product innovations, and a special demo with a chef who will showcase desserts and creative solutions for the food & beverage sector.
