This year once again, we return to the SIGEP Trade Fair in Rimini with a space dedicated to product innovation and to the new professional applications of fruit.
Taking centre stage are the ambient fruit purées, now expanded with new flavours designed to meet the needs of pastry, gelato and – increasingly – mixology, a fast-evolving field where fruit becomes a technical, creative and distinctive ingredient.
As a preview, we will also present a Superfruit: a functional fruit purée developed to combine flavour, naturalness and added value.
The journey is completed by new developments in the frozen purée range, with new flavours designed to guarantee consistent quality, versatility and maximum performance in the laboratory.
