• 1.5 cl Ambient Mazzoni Lime Juice
• 3 cl Passion Fruit Liqueur
• 3 drops Stillabunt (vegan alternative to egg whites)
• 3 cl Ambient Mazzoni Passion Fruit Puree
• Top Champagne

All ingredients in a shaker
First shake dry (without ice)
Shake with ice
Double strain and top with Champagne
