Wild berry cupcake
15 minutes + 20 minutes for cooking
Ingredients for 6 cupcakes
180 g Mazzoni Frozen Organic wild berries
200 g softened butter
250 g sugar
260 g type 00 flour
60 g (or to taste) dried fruit
1 sachet of baking powder
Whip the butter with the sugar, add the whole eggs one by one, and continue whipping. Afterwards, add the sifted flour, baking powder, dried fruit, and, finally, the frozen wild berries.
Pour into aluminium moulds, filling them about halfway, and bake in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes.
