Mazzoni Frozen lands in Shanghai with 150,000 trays of fruit purée

Mazzoni Frozen at the Sun-Way stand, a distributor of pastry and bakery products, was a great success with over 2,000 daily visits. Executive Chef Nicolas Robechi prepared some dishes, desserts and food&beverage solutions with Mediterranean and Asian flavours using Mazzoni fruit purée.

The partnership with Sun-Way has been strengthened during this event and some demonstrations dedicated to Mazzoni products are planned in the main Chinese cities for 2018, with customers, Chefs and 4 and 5-star Hotels. The forecast for next year is more than 150,000 trays of purée distributed by Sun-Way, which, thanks to its distribution of the Deli France, Moul-Bie, Grands Moulin de Paris, Dutchmill, Cargill and Kunst brands, completes the range with the high quality of over 35 flavours.
