  • 3 cl Mazzoni Ambient Raspberry Puree
  • Fresh Mint
  • 4 cl White Rum
  • 2 cl Dark Rum
  • Lemon Bitter Top

All built in the glass
Vigorously muddle the sugar and lime in the tumbler
Add the raspberry and rum
Fill with crushed ice
Stir well
Top with Lemon Bitter
